Though support staff will attempt to respond in emergencies, you should not expect to be picked up by our vehicles. Support crews have strict schedules which do not allow them to go out to search for stranded riders. If you are unable to ride the distance or if you doubt your abilities, arrange ahead of time for a friend to pick you up.
