Services vary according to the brevet. Sometimes the checkpoints are manned by brevet volunteers that provide food and water. When the checkpoint is a convenience store you can buy food and water there.

Before each brevet there will be an announcement to describe what food is provided by brevet staff and where you can buy food and water at convenience store checkpoints.
