Casa Grande 200 km Brevet

The start location for the 200 km brevet is the Round Trip Bike Shop on 1148 E. Florence Boulevard in Casa Grande, Arizona. (See their web site.)

A restroom is available at the start and finish.

Please park in the plaza next to bike shop and not directly in front of the bike shop.

Directions from:

Phoenix and points north
  1. Take I-10 south and get off at Exit 185. Exit sign says "AZ-387 to Casa Grande / Coolidge - Florence."
  2. Bear right while on the exit ramp and go south on Pinal Avenue for 8 miles.
  3. Turn left (east) on W Florence Boulevard. (This is a major intersection with a traffic light; Holiday Inn Express on your right.)
  4. Go about 2 miles on Florence Boulevard. Cross Trekell at the traffic light. Then go past Albertsons gas and grocery store on your left. The Round Trip Bike Shop is on the left on the property next to Albertson's.
  5. Turn left onto N. Amarillo Street. The bike shop is on the left. Please park in the Food City plaza on your right.
Tucson and points south
  1. Take I-10 north and get off at Exit 194 Florence Boulevard.
  2. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (west).
  3. Go 3 miles.
  4. Turn right onto a little street, N. Amarillo Street just before the bike shop, or turn into the Food City Plaza. The Round Trip Bike Shop is a one-story building at the corner of Florence Boulevard and N. Amarillo Street. The bike shop is not a very prominent building so be on the look out. If you see Albertson's, you've gone too far. Wendy's is across the street. Please park in the Food City Plaza next to the bike shop.
Holiday Inn Express
  1. Leave the Holiday Inn Express, turn right on Pinal Ave and immediately get into the left turn lane.
  2. Turn left onto Florence Blvd.
  3. Cross Trekell Rd (Albertsons grocery and gas on the left).
  4. Turn left onto N Amarillo St, a very small street.
  5. Bike shop is on your left. Please park in the lot to your right.
Hotels on Florence Blvd
For anyone eating at Denny's before the ride, or staying at Best Western, Comfort Inn, MainStay Suites, or the Super 8 Motel:
  1. Get on Florence Boulevard and go west (away from I-10).
  2. Just after Food City on your right, turn right onto N. Amarillo St. If you see Albertson's gas and grocery store, you've gone too far. Wendy's is across the street. The bike shop is to your left. Please park in the Food City Plaza next to the bike shop.
Motel 6 in Eloy
  1. Get on I-10 westbound.
  2. Go 5 miles and get off at Florence Blvd, also SR 287. (Exit 194 on I-10)
  3. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left and go over I-10.
  4. About 8 miles from the Motel 6, turn right onto a little street, N. Amarillo Street just before the bike shop. If you see Albertson's gas and grocery store, you've gone too far. Wendy's is across the street. Please park in the Food City Plaza next to the bike shop.
